RETURN & REFUND POLICY – CLAIRE & EMMA

We want you to love your purchase from Claire & Emma. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days to return your item.

RETURNS

- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please email us at info@claireandemma.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

REFUNDS

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

PLEASE NOTE

- Sale items can be exchanged but are not eligible for refunds.
